Biometric card forgery crime using artificial intelligence systems ((comparative study))
Author:
Muayyad Shareef, Salam
Abstract: This study includes aspects of the criminal provisions related to electoral fraud by tampering with the biometric card through artificial intelligence systems. It explained the legal provisions related to the fraud that occurs in elections, whether they are mentioned in general penal laws such as the Penal Code, or texts specific to election laws, even if they are not mentioned. It referred to a direct text that criminalizes electoral fraud by manipulating the biometric card through artificial intelligence systems, but it referred to it indirectly by urging attention to the elections and their integrity. The result of this study shows that protection is limited to paper documents from forgery, not electronic ones.
