      The role of inter -disciplinary studies in measuring the effectiveness of constitutional rules

      Abstract: This study investigates the extent to which the legal researcher needs to involve in other non-legal scientific fields. The importance of this topic lies in the fact that it discusses a modern doctrine based on the idea of integration in science. Research hypothesis is based on interdisciplinary studies are required to reach an accurate assessment of the effectiveness of constitutional rules. This methodology is used to examine the reactions of those addressed to those rules, and that neglecting this idea would lead to incomplete solutions.
